Well today was altogethor a good day until a little while ago...work went good then went with my girlfriend Xjkate and bought her 1999 2-door xj (which is sexy)...then when we were picking up her car from where we left it a bad electrical problem decided to manifest itself as I turned my lights on and my rear wiper kicked on by itself which its been doing lately then i noticed the rear defroster was lit up (never lit up before) and my airbag light wasn't turning off then the check engine light turned on which hasn't been on in a long time then the rpm gauge stopped working and NO BUS appeared in the odometer...so i was like WTF and turned my lights off and the rear wiper kicked off airbag light turned off rpm gauge started working and NO BUS went away but CEL stayed on...so next week i am going to schedule my jeep in for the diag tech hopefully it doesn't take him to long cause hourly rate for him is pricey...

I fixed my electrical issue today...turns out it was a loose ground in the rear near the taillight caused by a stripped screw...ACTUALLY its not fixed...

Nice a easy fix like that would have taken me alot of beer and Bit@en just for me to track down. Give me a ring when you get a chance i would like to pick your brain with this amateur lift i got on my 97. Its a clean ride but the sh@t that the PO. did is beyond me. Yesterday i went to fix my tranny line and looked up at my alternator an seen there was no bottom bolt. So cool I'll just throw one in NOPE wrong alternator to big it wont fit in the bracket. WTF That may just be the clonking noise that i could not track down. LOL.

well due to some unreliability i am not doorless but tonight in preperation for my doorless-ness i took out my door wire harnesses and reduced them in size to only accomodate the speakers and through work i found universal two wire weatherpac connectors to make them quick connect so it'll be super easy to take my doors off...
