Very nice! Do you have pics of the inside of your half doors? I picked up spare doors and am going to do the same

got some work today, installed the 1310 yokes on my t-case so its one step closer to install:

last time i went wheeling the prothane insert got stuffed onto the bumpstop so i made a pad out of 1.5" exhaust tube welded to a plate that i stuffed into the prothane insert so the bumpstop will hit that:

and relocated my windshield washer bottle cause i didnt like seeing the bottom protruding under my fender:

got my t-case installed, a front driveshaft in the rear, rusty's t-case skid, got the stock linkage to work even though it was seized...and did a test run and everything works great now just need gears/ lockers/ and 5-speed...

but for the big adjustments on the 241OR swap i had to notch the tranny mount, really adjust the linkage, put a front driveshaft in the rear, the speedo plugged right in but i dont have a 4wd indicator light cause i didnt want to spend $60 from JB Conversions for my gauge cluster to tell me im in 4-wheel...i need to take out my degree shims in the rear cause the yoke is kicked up higher than the driveshaft is but ill do that another time...no pics yet though

What's the advantage of the np 241 if I may ask?

And by the way I love the build man! Jeeps is sick. All about improving its wheeling abilities I like that. Hate those who "pimp" their Jeep.

its strong as hell with a wider chain than an aftermarket 231 "wide chain kit" a 6-gear planetary set that gives you 4:1 low range when low on a 231 or 242 is only 2.72:1, the case in itself is just beefier whole tcase is about 98lbs., its cheaper (i think) and better than a teraflex 4low kit for a 231, its cheaper than an atlas and bolts in easily cause its out of a Rubicon Wrangler...

and thank you i try to keep my upgrades based around improving offroad capabilities...

Thanks for the explanation man. I will be definitely looking into this. Is it a direct bolt in? Minus the trans mount then? What did u end up paying for yours? Would love the 4:1 ratio.
