Might have the opportunity to sell my car for more than I got into it considering the gas savings for school pretty much payed for the car ...so if that happens ill daily the jeep and with the money buy tires, ball joints from synergy suspension which is actually cheaper than new moog ones, then probably front bumper...can provide more info on request about the ball joints but the bumper is a suprise

no updates in a while cause we lost power the 29th and got it back on the 3rd and just been busy even though i am now unemployed technically...but today after a swap meet in thompson, ct put my rear shocks in finally cause my bpe's came in and stealthcherokee put my window banner on for me...but i still need to run a new hard brake line to the rear axle and put the extended line in for brakes, buy a new iac, put it on the road, and such...

i hate cheap chinese made tools its wasting my time and money i go to do my brake lines today and i get a good flare done run the line ... blah blah blah then go to flare the other end and the tool breaks...so i decide to hold off do my oil change and put the extended hose in and such so i do all that...go back to get another tool the only other they have is also broken...so i go to westfield and theirs is ok but i didn't notice the threads were screwed up on the flaring thing so i can't get any good flares out of it and it ends up wasting a perfectly good 3ft. section of line and breaking the nipple off inside of it...so its dark now i am going to go get my money back and go get the tool elsewhere...rant over...

also ordered the new iac today so its slowly getting to driveable then i can put it on the road...

spent all day working on the brake lines get everything done and its leaking up at the prop. valve...wtf...so i reflare it and change the adapter i had in there...still leaks...wtf... i also replaced the evap hard line that was crusty as sin but besides that i have an awful day with them brakes...come on here after some searching i find that you don't use an adapter you keep the special fitting that goes into the prop. valve but i threw mine out so junkyard tomorrow hopefully can find one...

another bit of bad luck i go to check my oil and the dip stick breaks off inside the metal tube hopefully i can get the tube out and get whats broken out tomorrow cause i can only find the actual dipstick not the whole tube...

also found out why it doesn't want to start up again after driving it i jumpstarted it and let it run for like 30min. turned it off and it started right back up...so i pushed the brakes and put it in drive then reverse then park turned it off and bam doesn't want to start so i am like wtf...for haha's i hit the shifter forward and it kind of engages the starter so then i hold the shifter to park and it starts right up...so nss is screwy but my reverse light work perfectly...

Some updates today on Veteran's Day: junkyard was closed so could not get a new prop. valve which i believe to be messed up from trying to use the adapter with the brake line cause last night even with the proper fitting in it has the slightest leak...so still can't see if any of the other flares i did are leaking i HATE brake lines...so I took a couple hour break picked up my reservation on The Elders Scrolls V: Skyrim came out today and it is awesome...but then decided to use my new extension cord to use my drill outside and take off all the adhesive from the door moldings:

Then decided to mount my Hi-Lift jack under the rear seat as it is a really good idea:

well not really an update cause I have been avoiding the Jeep and monday it looked like it was going to pour so didn't do anything and it was raining on and off so got nothing done today but stopped by The Driving Image in Southwick cause i was at tractor supply getting prices on 4-GA cable for new battery cables that i need and d-rings... and i bought some goodies that i saved a nice bit of change on cause the prices are cheaper than Quadratec and don't have to pay shipping:

these are special valve stems that screw through the rim and house the core under the cap that can be removed with a penny/dime/screwdriver and to inflate you attach a special piece...so no ripped/broken valve stems on trail
and i bought a daystar rocker switch for the daystar vent switch panel i ordered for tomorrow that houses two switches but i only need one for now:

link to vent panel: (yes it works on xj's)
