So another weekend and some more progress has been made. We cut off the front hoop because we thought it was too far away from the hood. Cut it down and remounted it. And we added the tie in bars to the existing bumper. Holy hell is it strong! There will be a brass knuckle gusset where it meets the fender tube. I finished cutting the rear fenders out to accept the tube. Man bending the rear fenders fought me all the way. I'm still learning the tube bender. I have em done and won't be able to install em until the halo goes in. We are going to bend and hopefully install the interior hoops at the B,C, and D pillars next weekend. The halo will tie into the B and C pillar through the roof. We are going to weld the halo to the pinch seam/rain gutter and the roof itself. Should be retard strong!! Here are some pics. Oh and I placed the dream order at 4Wheel Parts thanks to Seth and Rico!!!

Rock Krawler Triple Threat 6.5 long arm and 4 link rear
Bilstein 5100s all four corners
4.88 gears and install kits
Riddler diff covers

The cage will be all TIG welded!! Sexy

Yea we came up with it because I needed to be able to remove the headlight bezel to replace headlights and blinker lights. This is my DD after all.

Hey it's the snuggie bandit!! What's up youngblood? haven't heard a peep from you in a while. Get your door back on? Don't feed the gremlin in your engine after midnight. Interior hoops are next.

So I tore the back of my Jeep out and removed the back seat and carpet to prepare for the installation of the three interior hoops tomorrow. More pics tomorrow or Saturday.

Well we got some work done but nothing welded into the Jeep. We bent the three interior hoops and the hoop for over the cowl. Like I said nothing welded but prepped for install on Monday. Check it out.

Ok the hoops are welded in and they came out sick. I was even able to keep the rear mouldings and everything. It will be bedlined in the back and all the carpet up front is staying. We are going to do our very best to keep the headliner even though we are going to have to cut through where the halo tie ins come through the roof. How sick will that be internal/external and factory headliner! Here are some pics. My Lowbuck tube notcher is coming in this week and friday the beast will see alot of action. Plan for friday is; rear tube fenders, tube welded onto the sliders for extra clearence, cowl hoop, hood tie ins and install my new Baja RS seats and maybe put on the 35's.

More coming!!!!!
