With the new clock spring installed, horn, cruise control, and airbag are working properly again.
Now for a new question. All my wheels, but one, are in good alignment shape. The driver-side front has incorrect camber:
I was recommended offset or adjustable ball joints, but from what I've read, they wear out much faster than regular ones. When I get underneath my Jeep, I don't notice any play in the wheel, so I don't think my existing ball joints are bad. What kinds of things could be bent that could cause this?

I called Rough Country and they do make two different guards. I guess I ordered the wrong one by mistake. They told me I can buy the high pinion one, and just return the low pinion one.

I woke up this morning to find my rear-view mirror on my seat. I got some adhesive today to put that back up there.
I also ordered the Putco wiring harness to see if it does any good with the headlights as some forum users were suggesting. It should be at my door tomorrow.

Putco headlight harness installed:
I'm not using halogen headlights, I'm using LED, so I have no idea if I'll even see a brightness difference. Fortunately, everything does work correctly. I'll see tonight if it actually makes a brightness difference.
On the other hand, although it's a crap shoot, I only paid $2 for the harness. I used all my Discover card cash rewards haha.

Yeah you won't notice any difference if you're running LED's or HID's... only halogens. I got the harness thinking maybe the warmup time would be shorter on my HID's only to find out there was no difference... it did however fix the problem with the headlights wanting to cut back on by themselves when the headlight auto-off timer kicked off... Either way, it's a good mod. Less current restriction.
