I think this video does a pretty good job of letting you hear it:

mmm bottom end. Have you checked the flexplate bolts aren't hitting the inspection cover or the flexplate is cracked? Can you only hear it at idle? What happens if you stand on the brakes with it in gear and rev it a little? Does the sound go away?

I tried that and the sound doesn't go away. It just get faster as the engine revs up.

I have checked all the bolts on the flex plate, and they're all tight. I haven't ruled out a cracked flex plate yet.

Got it wired up to the factory foglight switch so that the factory switch turns it on instead of some dingleberry switch.

And there's my LED light bar switch:

Looks like a clean factory-installed switch!

Alright, so regarding the sound in the bottom end...

I unplugged all of the fuel injectors one by one as the engine was running and the knock went away at cylinder 6.

So I believe the issue may be a rod bearing. I'm going to try rolling in new bearings to see if the problem goes away before I completely re-build the thing. Maybe it's not scored too bad yet.

It's a slow day today, so I added more switch spots to my factory toggle switch bezel.

A band saw and a soldering iron is all I needed:
