Yesterday was the worst day ever.
So the serpentine belt decided to come loose at 85 MPH on the interstate in the center of a 7-mile long bridge. So my engine got hot because of the lack of being able to spin the water pump, and the serpentine belt jammed up in the clutch fan and pushed my tranny cooler line into the harmonic balancer. I also lost power steering because there was no belt driving it, which made it super scary to pull over while overheating while everyone around me on the bridge was going 90+. When I pulled over I found that I lost AC freon, lost my coolant, and lost my tranny oil. The only fortunate thing is I pulled over seconds after the temp gauge went up, so I don't think I overheated anything.
I have ordered a Goodyear Gatorback serpentine belt, as well as a new water pump, a new CSF 2-core all-metal radiator, a new cap, and I'll be replacing the tranny line.

WOW dude. Glad you got her under control and safely to the side of the road. Hope no real damage occurred. This has me wanting to push my belt replacement forward for sure. I've been wanting to wait until I can afford a new t-stat as well. I think mine may be stuck open.
