Don't get me wrong, I love TruckLites. I just think I like the JW Speakers better. They have a MUCH smoother beam pattern without all that light streaking up and down the road, and the brightness intensity seems to be higher down the lane you're looking at.

But again, I think I got a defective set where the reflectors weren't set properly.

I love it, it even lets you connect to it with your iPhone to see a live feed. Both daylight and night time performance are excellent.

Who knows of good stuff to restore black color to Chrysler's black fender flares? I figured I'd ask here because Cherokees have the same black plastic in their fender flares as I do.

Faded Plastics back to black with a Heat Gun - YouTube
I used to be an advocate of this. Then a fellow jeeper explained to me that they look great when you're done, but end up deteriorating back to the way they were before even quicker... and then wind up fading WORSE than they were.

I don't recommend this anymore.

I just figured I'd update everyone. The Cherokee has been repainted by the dealer I sold it to, and they will be keeping it as a shop truck rather than selling it to another owner.

I can't say I'm particularly a fan of the new color, but at least it'll get to stay in close-to-mint condition being a drive-around truck instead of being someone's beater.

Meh... I think it would look better if it were gloss or metallic (note: NOT metal-flake) instead of plasti-dip looking matt. But it's not terrible. I don't see why they didn't leave it the steel blue. What was wrong with that? lol

That being said, it kinda reminds me of the Bushwacke Flat Flares model
