PRE BUILD PICS!
Finally! I've got some photos to upload of the lil Jeep pre build!
- Notice the damaged front bumper and header panel!
- Stock jeep, 2001 Cherokee Sport 4.0L V6 4 Door with 95K miles, love it!
- Back side of the Jeep.
That's the shots of the lil jeep before her transformation! Stay tuned, I'm adding shots of the first mod - fixing the front header panel. ASAP.

Half of the Zone 4.5" lift installed!
Here are a few pics of the lil Jeep getting it's 4.5" Zone Offroad lift installed!
- Laying out the parts to the new lift kit (Zone 4.5" rear leaf springs with upgraded Nitro Shocks), looking good so far!
- Put the Jeep up on a jack and some jack stands, getting ready to take off the back tires and get to work!
- Finished installing the back leaf springs, shackles, shocks, and new Ubolts. Put tires on but still need to torque down the bolts - that will happen tomorrow morning.
- A side shot of the jeep with just the two back leaf springs installed. Need to add in the front coil springs and the TC drop kit tomorrow - possibly going to expend the break lines tomorrow too!
Notice the new Smittybilt SRC bumper in the pic above?
Yeah it's new - I'll post more pics of that install process once my phone is charged up and I can get more pics off of my phone - it died while doing the lift because I was taking to many pics!

Front End Repairs and new Bumper!
Hey Guys & Gals -
I've got some new pictures of my front end repairs (I had cracked my header panel and dented my stock bumper).
Upgraded to a new Smittybilt XRC bumper, and an after market header panel from Omix-ADA, Inc (which is the parent company of Rugged Ridge).
Here are some before damaged shots:
- close up shot in my parking garage
- Another shot of the cracked header panel.
Here are some after shots of the header panel and the removed front bumper area:
- Header Panel is new and installed, lights are working, need to sand the panel smooth and then I'll be putting on a full wrap for my printing company, so no need to paint it. I'll be using it as advertising!
- Close up of the vacuum canister taken off the old bumper. I'm going to bolt it onto the horn bracket so it's not a difficult relocation!
- Cracks are gone! The new header panel lined up and installed very easily. I'm pleased with the result and once it's wrapped it will look great!
Last Thing I did before installing the new bumper was to remove the factory wheel well plastic mud guards becasue they were going to hang down below the bumper. I'll probably cut them and reinstall them to protect the engine parts that are now exposed from the bottom.
I'll update this post with the SRC Bumper pictures later today!

Updated Pics (kinda)!
Hey All -
It's been a hectic few weeks, work gets in the way of my jeeping!!!
Here are a few pics of the jeep since it's got the lift and tires on. Sorry for the low quality images, I'm going to get more tomorrow (if it's not raining) with proper lighting on a real camera and not my phone!
- just some shots of the jeep in my parking garage
- looks a little wide in my tight parking spot...
- Here's a nice full frame shot of the lil jeep!
- Shot of the front end. Still need to install a winch! Looking for recommendations on a 9500 lb winch (prefer to be made in America if they exist). Thanks in advance for any recommendations!
- A final shot of the wheels and tires!

I'm going to wrap the jeep for my work though, so I don't want any branding on the jeep, except for maybe my chreokeeforum vinyl decal I got in the mail...
Stay tuned to see the jeep with the wrap on it...

Oh and i've got Flat Fender Flares from Bushwacker (bought at Serious Offroad's website) on the way!!! I'm hoping to have them installed in the next month or so along with a winch and a 20" LZR LED light bar on the bull bar of my smittybilt XRC bumper! Be on the look out!

Major Update to the Lil Jeep!
Hi All -
I've done some major work to the Lil Jeep recently... Check out some updated pics!
Added the Fender Flares (Bushwacker Flat Fender Flares):
I know - this picture doesn't look very good, makes the tires look really small!!! I don't know why, but this photo just sucks...
This pic looks better, but still doesn't look that great.
Notice that I've prepped for a new bumper I'll be putting on this week!!!
Next I added a full wrap to the jeep for my graphics printing company. Here are some images:
Nice front shot of the jeep! Looks aggressive - I still need to have my front skid plate sprayed with Linex Body Armor spray and I'm having the wheel wells sprayed as well with lixen bed liner this week - should look great!
Just another shot of the wrap...
Next up - Install my new Safari Basket!!!
