Zj coils will give ya a little or even f150 coils but they will ride stiff as heck.I got these 4.5'' RCs for 75.00 shipped from a guy on jeepforum.

That spare tire mount kind of scares me, would it hold up in a head on wreck, if not that thing could do some damage. I had one loose in the back of my truck and hit a tree and it came forward and pushed the front of the bed 6+ inches into the cab.

Its attached to the deck which is bolted to the sides of the jeep and to the d - rings in the floor with 2 turn buckles to to keep it nice and secure, not liking the visibility though.I thought using a 9.50 tire would be ok but its still a little in the way when looking out the back and down if your backing up.

Default Home Brew Diff guard

Went to the Jy today and got a entire front steering setup, tie rod and ends, track bar, drag link pittman and all that good stuff.Nothing wrong with the stuff I have now just wanted to have trail spares.Got it all for 40.00.I grabbed a d30 diff cover to make my self a home brew diff guard.I started by using a sharpie to mark the area I wanted to cut out, then I used a grinder with a cutting wheel to cut out the un needed metal.I cleaned it all up with a grinding wheel and wire wheel the added some paint and got some some longer bolts to bolt it on.A little added protection for about 5.00.Not as beefy as SOLID cover or the such but much better than just the stock cover alone
