Does not work with stock offset wheels either. The new, replacement TRE is angled so at full left turn, it rubs the rim. More offset, atleast a 1" spacer (what I did) or larger diameter rims will solve that issue. Other than that, I love mine.

I have the same amount trimmed off my fenders as you do now. I don't rub at all with minimal bumpstops. Blacks at Rausch to rutted wood trails near me. But i'm on 33x10.50s so maybe the width helps.
I would sell that rugged ridge steering and collect the money, never heard any good from it.

HA! Yeah... your half is the box
Haven't had my fender liners since about a month after I got it. They were all crumbled to pieces and fell out the first time I went wheeling.
Aww shucks.....
Yeah, I've had my pool noodles in so long it's probably about time to get new ones. Works really well.
Yeah, I've heard that about them. TREs are easy enough to change though... and at least with this design over the OEM ZJ setup I have, you don't have to change the entire rod.
Yeah I was planning on geting "The Cure" from Ruff Stuff anyway, so that's good to hear that it fixes the roll issue. I couldn't remember if this was the setup you had or not, glad it is cause i know it's working well for you.
I should be good there.... my wheels are 3.75" bs. So it should be an issue.
Buddy of mine had a TJ and was waiting on his father in law to help him install it.... never got around to it and sold the Jeep. He saw me looking at stuff and said, "Hey I still have that one upgraded steering setup... if you want it, it's yours."
Well don't keep spreading it around... everyone's gonna want one.
Ayessirrrrrrr
Being on stock wheels helps you with that too. Those 31s I was rocking on the TJ Canyons didn't rub anything but the control arms until I put them on the D-Windows.... pushed them further out on the axles and right into the fenders.
There's a decent mix around here, but it's still mostly flat and swampy. Couple of pits and offroad parks, but other than that... yeah.
