Thx someday down the road when and if the xj wears out (more like when it wears out) i my swap the 60 and front 44 over to the zj and make that my play toy but for now its saved for mellow runs. Yours is a sweet build i have been following it.

Just discovered your build thread Zach, just wanted to post up (subscribe) and say right on. I like how your shaking it up a bit with some trail run pics, keeps it interesting. All tech and no play makes Jack a dull boy! I look forward to following where your going with that much beef! May the fab gods be with you!

FYI: 14 bolts are 30 spline (coarse) almost identical in diameter to 35 spline (fine).
the dude arguing about the ford 7.5" definitely has no clue.
Also those dodge outers are stronger (stock 32 or 33 spline (depending on the year) vs stock 30 spline) to the ford outers. You should be able to use TTB F250 ball joint Dana50 outers. They are very very similar to dana 60 balljoint outers except the caliper is rotated.
Also the dodge 32 spline unit bearing outer won't strip out or explode like the stock 30 spline ford hubs/ stub shafts
In my opinion it's only worth swapping outers if you plan on getting 35spline alloy stuff, even then you'll want drive flanges eventually because 35 spline hubs don't last long... ask me how I know Tyler blew his up too.
Alloy 32 spline outers and the stock unit bearings will be enough. This is what Goatman on NAXJA did on his buggy and he finished KOH in it.
Anyways I have a thread in the dodge area on pirate called "dodge 60 tech" check it out for more info.
My friend Jeff and I also dig a long side custom shaft from dutchman and retubed one to get rid of the CAD and swapped it under his suburban. We also had to do a custom inner seal because on the dodges the seal is on the cad, not the housing: lots of work. Honestly though after pulling one apart the CAD shaft collar is pretty huge and the axles increase in diameter where the diconnect is. If it were me I'd truss over it (because it's cast and prone to crack if you jump or bounce the front end) and buy/ or build a cad cable disconnect get some 32 spline alloy outers and weld the front (with hydro assist obviously).
Keep up the good work. Keep it shiny side up.
