Were going to get this nipped in the butt one way or another without throwing money at it first lol... I like to prove something before spending money :)

I called the driveline shop and they said to remove the slip yoke and line it up and re install that it should take care of my vibrations so well do that first and go from there ... no money spent lo

Stood the drive shaft up and held the bottom down with my feet and pulled it up and down a half a dozen times hard and it finally slipped right off no problem lined the joints up with the splines and slipped it back on.... ill re install it tonight or maybe tomorrow and hopefully thats a fix !!!!

I could be wrong, but that cap on the front part is threaded and holds a grease seal. That's why you had so much trouble pulling it off.

Well I installed it this morning and drove it to work... definitely a improvement but still annoying on the interstate so I called Rough Country who I bought my lift from and they told me to take the transfer case drop out. Well see where that gets me as I stated the front transfer case yoke is slightly pointing upwards with the drop installed hopefully that will help out when I remove it.
