shift happens

I 'think' this is the right place to post this inquiry. After a 3500 mile cross country trek to New Hampshire suddenly my low beams don't work but the highs do. I checked the appropriate fuses and all seem to be ok. It's been suggested that the low beam relay is shot since the highs work. I have been able to finally access the relays above the fuses but after swapping what I think is the high relay with the low to check to see if that's the problem there was no change. That's assuming I swapped the right ones. If someone could offer a clue which relays are the high & low to swap I would be very grateful. Any other ideas or suggestions would also be welcomed. A part number to identify what I need to replace would be awesome. Attached is a pic of what I see and was is suggested to be the low relay (blue circle.)
