Default 05 Grand Cherokee Headlights

Hey guys, first off, I'm new to the jeep world, but interested in getting started. First up, I'm driving a 05 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7L Hemi.

My other car is a lancer with factory HIDs. First off, I'm not a fan of the HID kits. I know they are popular, but on the whole, I don't care for them. I keep a set in my foglights aimed down for winter driving, but I have no intention of installing them in my headlights.

What I'd like to do is upgrade my headlights, and I'm sure there have been plenty here that have already done so. I'm thinking about getting a set of cheap housings from ebay, baking the lens apart, and installing these in what would normally be the highbeam reflector.

These actually have the cutoff etc. and can be mounted through the existing light bulb opening and tightened up. With the housing design I don't think I'll have clearance to put them in the typical low beam area.

Anyone have any thoughts, opinions, advice on this?
