I have a 2009 Grand Cherokee, 132k
Recent issue over the last few months happening more frequently as time goes on

Basically, occasionally (4-5 times a week) when starting it will take 3-10 times turning the key to get the engine to actually catch and turn over. It has never totally failed to start.
There are a couple things i notice that make the problem worse/trigger it to happen/increase the frequency.Background:
Car sat for about 5-6 months last year before putting in some money to polish it up and get it in good shape again, nothing major though or engine related
Was driven almost daily Oct23-Dec23 and then more frequent use / longer trips starting in Jan24.
Jan24 also had a car starter installed but the issue was occurring beforehand but less frequently. this could just be coincidental timing because i also started using the car a lot more around the same time.
Starter seems fine overall, cranking but engine just wont turn over.
No lights on dash. No codes. Battery is fine.
Additionally, not sure if related but suspect, cruises quietly until you hit about 65 , runs loud about 65-72ish, quiets down again at 75mph.

Suspicions:

• Bad purge solenoid
• Slow death of the fuel pump
• Faulty injectors?
• Heat soak?

Any thoughts or ideas on what the issue might be or if I'm headed down the right path?
