1995 Grand Cherokee Limited Broken Radio Antenna
Currently I have a daily driver 1995 Grand Cherokee Limited. Other than the Antenna being broken, it has a few other issues. The issue that the antenna has is that whenever I start up the car, the antenna usually would extend upwards. But rather than doing that it makes a horrible cranking sound. I haven't been able to find anything about it online and was hoping that someone here might be able to help. If you know anything that could help a response would be awesome.

Welcome to the forum.
Hands down, the easiest option is to replace the bent mast, assuming the motor is still working. In that case, remove the nut, remove the mast / gear cable, then install the replacement.
This reply shows the replacement. Replacement requires removal of the dash and the heater box / evaporator, unless the cabling is routed in a totally different path, possibly splicing the antenna wire.
Mine was replaced w/ the now-discontinued OEM Mopar part.

Yes, replacing the complete assembly is a butt pain, unless also yanking the dash for an evaporator exchange.
Note if the mast or the flex cable is broken, ensure that all the flex cable bits are removed.
