1997 JGCL wont start after manifold replaced!!

Model: Grand Cherokee
Engine: 4.0 6L
it wont start. It'll try but wont turn over. I think I discovered that the previous owner swapped the intake with a newer one (some one else said 99/00 intake). I didnt know anything about it but makes sense now that none of the pics match.
