1998 ZJ sputtering
Hey all! I am new to the jeep world and recently got a 98 zj for next to nothing from a buddy to use as a hunting rig. The Jeep has 300+ thousand miles on it most of which I was told was spent being pulled behind an rv. To get to the point it’s got an issue where it will sputter and cut out while I’m driving it. So far I’ve replaced the cap, wires, plugs, pickup sensor, tps sensor, o2 sensors and I have a Ckp sensor sitting waiting to be put in. It seems to me that it’s possibly an electrical issue because if I disconnect the battery and reconnect it the rig will run fine for a little while then it comes back. No cel when this is occurring either. Any suggestions from the experts would be greatly appreciated!

Have you cleaned the throttle body and IAC?

Check the fuel pressure, if pump is weak, and fuel pressure is down it make it go lean, and pop run rough, there is no Codes for a bad fuel pump, just random misfires from etc from it.
