2000 Jeep Grand, WJ LAredo, 4.0
Issue: Won't rev past 3000 RPM
Been doing this a while, I decided to check it today.
Fuel pressure 48 PSI.
Holds it solid till, 3000 rpm, Fuel pump couple years old.
Then at 3k Fuel pressure drops to ZERO.
So appears the ECM is shutting off the pump.
No check engine light, no stored engine codes.
BCM: Airbag, bad clock spring.
ABS: bad wheel speed sensor. The ABS is curious because the speedo when take off in the morning won't go past 25 mph till you stop and take off again, then the ABS light comes on and speedo works fine.

Now I'm really starting to wonder if there is some safety fault that if the ABS has fault it reduced the RPM....

Thoughts?

PS: just replaced the Crank Position sensor this eve, just because it was slow to start, as in 3 to 8 seconds cranking, though never had a code.
Checked for vacuum leads, fixed two.....
