2005 GC. brake pedal goes to floor
Drove the wifes car the other day. everything was fine. went to stop for a stop sign and the pedal went to the floor, released, and hit it again and it was like nothing ever happened. Fine after that for some time, later that day it had done it again. same scenario. did it that one time and was good.
She drove it the day before yesterday and it did it almost everytime she stopped.
she is not the slowest driver and i really dont need her rear ending anyone (again)
Ill get the vin and call chrysler for tsb's recalls etc. But has any one experienced this?
Oh and it does not have adjustable pedals.

no leaks. full of fluid. I have never had a master be intermittent like this.
Was thinking maybe booster. Have you actually had one, or see one do something like this?

never seen this happen on a jeep, but gm trucks use to have this problem, it was the abs unit was bad. The dump valve was dumping when it shouldn't be. causing no fluid loss and a intermident condition.

Yeah I was going to say booster... but either way it shouldn't be failing already... I would def. look into TSB recalls for that...
