2008 grand cherokee electrical issue?
When attempting to start 2008 Grand Cherokee (3.7 liter V6) this morning, it failed to start and now have a constant whining noise from the back of engine on passenger side. It is not the starter. Had to disconnect positive battery cable to get it to stop.
