Default 2015 Overland 4*4 with price 42007 VS 2015 limited 4*4 with price 35378, share your o

Hi friends, I need your professional opinions about these two deals. In brief, I need a new full size SUV and got two quotas from autopriceshare dealers. I drived the SRT version before and the feeling is so cool. However, it is beyond my budget. so I focused on these two models.
1) 2015 Overland 4*4 with price 42007 and 2) 2015 limited 4*4 with price 35378.
I compared with deals shared by others in AutoPriceShare.com and it seems these prices are fair. The only question I want to ask is: is it worth to pay 7000 dollars more for 'Overland' version? please share your opinions with me. Thanks

IDK much about the new models, but I think the Overland has stiffer suspension and more ground clearance, but unless you plan on taking it off-road, what's the point?

Whew! If I had that kind of money to spend, I'd buy a whole bunch of older XJ's and WJ's of various years and styles. At you know 3000 to 5000 a pop. Just sayen.

As I ran through the spec of the two models, my impression was that only the luxory level differs, technically the two are mire orvoshoz less the same. If you have the money for it, buy the overland, but the limited Will also supply the daily needs. I tried it and liked it.

I've rented one during a trip in Germany. I'm also far away from buying one, but this wasn't the question.

Post some pics. I check out a 2015 GC Summit edition a few weeks ago at the Denver auto show. It was very nice. I didn't want to get out of it lol.
