Yes i pulled the whole TB off and cleaned it all .

Dan ,hey buddy im not exactly sure where its coming from ,but im hearing it at the passenger manifold,But it very well could be the exhaust leaking,when we first started it and it ran great i heard it and i kept looking and came to the conclusion that it was eaither the exhaust manifold or the exhaust,its deffenatly not a vacum.

anyone have any ideas?If not i guess that i will have to take it to a shop and see if they can figure it out.

It's just a thought, but a bad/plugged EGR valve, the passages, or a malfunction in the lines for the valve or valve controller could cause poor performance and idle issues. JMO
