no codes apart from 12 and 55...
when i disabled the alarm, i spliced the p/y wire to ground, that would explain the ground having 12 volts and the positive wire on the pump having continuity with ground. The weird thing is that i have since undone that splice..

I have gone through everything you've stated (even manually feeding fuel)and it turned out to be the Crank Position Sensor. I couldn't tell you why but it sounds dead nuts to my problem. I would at least try it. Its 1 bolt and a plug. The hardest part was accessing it. You could always return the part. Just trying to save you some hassle.

it ended up being a bad connector/wire. I wired the fuel pump ground to the trim panel screw in the back, and then running a new wire up to the front. The cool thing is that i was able to get it inside the framerail for most of the length of the car.. thanks for all of the replies..
