'95 grand cherokee memory seats and mirrors have gone crazy

This jeep has a two memory driver seats and exterior mirrors system. It simply will not reset. I've tried every suggestion I can find, including unplugging the three button memory control on drivers door. I have both original key fobs and they both work. I am assuming whatever controls this system has malfuncitoned. I can not find a fuse labeled anything to do with this system. I am guessing it may be controlled by the radio because when you attempt to reset it, the #1 or #2 shows up briefly on the radio dispaly, but nothing gets storred. The exterior mirrors go haywire and mover around aimlessly every few minutes constantly when ingnition is off. I would prefer to just disable this system. But as I said, I've been unsucessful at that so far. If I manually adjust the driver seat, after about 10 seconds the seat moves to max height. It is also draining the battery since this all goes on when ignition is off.
