uni biker

i drove for 10 years having to shift to neutral at 45 mph, allowing rpms to fall, then back to OD to reach 3rd gear. After 368000 miles i lost all gears. i replaced the trans w a 200k junkyard special, torque came with. all was well for a week, then tc started to whine and slip. i replaced tc with a reman and was good for 2 weeks, then started slipping again to the tune of barely a limp. I replaced shift solenoid and governor and was good for 3 days. now whining and slipping at random and only 1st and reverse. I do have the lock-up and OD solenoid but have wasted so much atf am hoping is not fluid related( in the pan). Any ideas other than tcm?
