Start the engine and wiggle the wiring that goes to the coil, distributor, cam and crank sensors, and PCM. If the engine stumbles or stalls when you wiggle the harness then you need to look for bad connections or damaged wires.

It could be a corroded ground or wiring connection somewhere on the harness, or it could be loose/bad connections in the PCM (computer) wire plugs, or it could be the PCM going bad due to an internal problem, such as cracked solder joints.
I'm having the same problem since early Feb. I've made a new negative battery cable, cleaned the ground locations on the body and the engine, cleaned the wiring connections into the PDC and on the back of the alternator. It is still dying, but not running as badly when it does, and is restarting right away. I have high fuel pressure due to a crap eHerko regulator and I think I have an injector leaking occasionally because it seems flooded sometimes. I've smelled it running rich several times. The dying now seems to be when I'm driving at low speeds such as in a parking lot.
