96 Grand Cherokee ZJ light issue

96 Grand Cherokee ZJ light issue
Hey everyone, I'm dealing with a really stupid failure in my ZJ.
SO my running lights or park lights are out when the car is running, but if I turn the key slightly back they come on. BUT doing so, I lose my turn signals, brake lights, and most importantly my climate control.
I have replaced my light switch, gone over the fuses and replaced the ignition switch and cylender.
I'm stumped to say the least.
Lights work fine as long as I do not start the car.
Please help me with this ghost that's haunting my car
