98 zj died and wont start
I have a 98 zj with a 4.0 inline 6 cyl. (stock) I was out crawling and slammed down on a boulder pretty hard and it just died I had it towed home and it wont start just cranks and cranks. Now my fuel pump runs constantly with the key in the on position and my gauges aren't working (fuel gauge reads empty with fuel light on it has 3/4 of a tank in it volt gauge doesn't move with the key on nor does the tach). I have replaced the fuel pump (I have 42 psi at the rail) replaced the crank positioning sensor with a used one that tested at infinite resistance 1.0 (old one was .837) and I replaced the ECM (remanufactured and flashed to my vin) nothing has worked symptoms are the same and I'm stumped. Can someone please help. Thank You in Advance

Have you checked for electrical damage from the impact? Sounds electrical to me. Bad ground maybe? Does it spin over and not start or will it not spin over at all?

It's easy to miss in that huge block of text (Tiny, paragraphs are a good thing!), but he did cover that:
Tiny, let's start by finding out if you have spark or not. That will tell us where to look. Stop buying parts. Let's do some testing to narrow it down. I'm with Ryne - it sounds electrical, but let's test our way to a solution. Firing the parts cannon is expensive and frustrating.

Woops, don't mind me🙄
You are correct, verify spark. Also won't hurt to verify injector pulse
