Default 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo; Turns over, will not start.

99 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo; Turns over, will not start.

Current condition: Was running day to day then suddenly it wouldn't start, but it would turnover. I get no codes when turn on the key on three times.
Battery Charge: 12.22V. Currently has no voltages at injectors, or Fuel pump when key turned on. This is an electrical issue, not a fuel issue apparently.

Parts Swapped
Windshield Wiper Relay and Fuel pump relay
ASU relay and Radiator fan relay

Parts Replaced
Fuel Pump: Fuel gauge not working, so pulled Fuel tank, replaced pump. Fuel pump not getting battery voltage from PDC. Checked Fuse. Good. Applied Battery Voltage from another battery, Fuel pump turned on, Fuel pressure good at fuel valve on engine. Fuel tank is full.
PCM: Purchased new PCM and installed. Tech Suggested.
CPS: Crank Position Sensor replaced. Frayed wires at connector. Resistance: infinite.

Request suggestions to check. Was thinking Cam Relay to check next, but looking for any alternative solutions.
Thank you for your assistance.

I had an issue of crank no start and it was my O2 sensors. Now have same issue again, replaced all the same as you plus my cam sensor and still a no go.
Thinking MAP next then who knows.

PCM will not communicate with obdii either.

Did you check your "Sentry Key", or "SKIM Module"? It may be bad, especially if the orange key light with the 'NO' symbol through it ever appeared after startup, OR flashed while driving. You can send your ECU away to be reprogrammed WITHOUT "Sentry-Key" coded into it, but you'll have to unplug the "SKIM Module" (which is a "Ring" inside the ignition key cylinder) BEFORE reinstalling your newly-reprogrammed ECU, as the "SKIM Module" is ALWAYS looking for an ECU to mate itself to, and if you DON'T unplug it, it will automatically mate itself back to your newly-reprogrammed ECU. The "Sentry-Key" is a common problem on the WJ, and sometimes, that problem occurs after replacing certain engine components (my cousin had a '99 WJ, and had that VERY issue after he and his dad replaced components on his Jeep). Jeep didn't make it standard equipment on the Cherokee XJ OR Wrangler TJ (it was, however, optional on those), but since the WJ was Jeep's "Flagship" vehicle, they made it standard equipment on our Jeeps. I wish they hadn't. The WJ was one of the VERY first Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Plymouth vehicles to feature "Sentry-Key", and one of the first ones to automatically include it as standard equipment. Hope this helps you a bit!

Haven't checked the O2 sensors, but I'll look at those too. Have yet to replace the Cam Sensor, but been reading the Haynes book. So will look to make sure I'm doing it right.

I will look at the Sentry Key and the skim module, but the ignition has a few issues with it, so i'll have to pull the steering column apart to take a look. That should be easy enough. Thanks for the suggestion.
