What solutions, aside from replacement, have you done for the worn driver's side arm rest?

Are you talking about the door card, or the center console?
Either way, your looking for some sort of swap for a non-damaged insert, or fabricating custom interior. The arm rest on the door is part of the entire door card.

LOL, it is duct taped now.
Was hoping someone had some new, brilliant idea that I hadn't heard about.
Matching the grey panel has been difficult. Not finding many clean ones around, and the red duct tape is very contrasting...
