BCM intermittent wipers?
2002 JGCL 4.8. Wiper function works fine on low and high - does not have the rain sensor. The wipers park correctly when turned off regardless of the setting. When intermittent is selected, no matter what range on the pause, the wipers will make one complete sweep, pause and then go into constant low speed mode. If turned off they again park correctly. I have exchanged a known good wiper control arm/module - exact same results. I have swapped out the 2 wiper relays in the under hood panel with known good relays - exact same results. I was told it could possibly be the park sensor in the wiper motor but that doesnt make sense. They park correctly under all attempts. . . . . . UPDATE ... The turn signals are also acting up. Sometimes when activated they do not turn on regardless of direction to turn or position of steering wheel. Kicker here is that if I turn on the hazards and then select left/right turn and then turn off the hazards the signal works just fine and they will both work fine however the issue does return later. I'm seriously wondering if Im dealing with a BCM that is suffering a random failure causing both these issues. I have swapped out the turn signal arm module for a known good and the same failure occurred with the same results of using the hazard light to get them started. If it is the BCM then obviously it will need replaced. Remanufactured or salvage yard? What about flashing? Thank you

IDK about your wipers, but the turn signal fault is a bad relay. These are expensive because they have 3 separate logic circuits in them. One for left, one for right, and one for hazard. Mine went out for only left turns, but I could get it to function by using the hazard switch to start it, then turning it off and the left signal would continue. It has 9 pins on it and is above the junction box under the dash. PITA to get to. I also have a working multifunction switch in my garage!
