jeez I don't know what kind of forum you have been on, but if you think we are tearing him apart, then you sir need to open your eyes. This has got to be one of the most mellow forums Ive been on. Im a member of many other forums, and they will rip you a new one for asking a question like that. Its not so much that we are being dicks, we just hate seeing the same stupid question posted over and over. Ive held my tongue soo many times on here its ridiculous. Rant over...
As for bashing new guys who ask about a body lift, meh, semantics. You can give a kick to the crotch like a kid hiding behind a computer screen or you can simply correct them. When most people come from a background filled with framed vehicles, a lift is achieved through either suspension or body lift. The new guy knows he isn't looking at springs so he makes a simple mistake in referring to spacers as a body lift. I think a lot of Jeep guys get such a kick out of bashing them because it's one of the few things they can spout off about with confidence.

No I dont, I have a body drop kit on it!
Its a 2.5" Kevins Offroad BB plus a set of Up Country coils. Total lift from stock height is closer to 4" and less then $300 into the whole thing.
Thanks, the true color is Dark Rosewood Pearlcoat but Purple is close enough. Although in person it looks nothing like purple more like a dark Burgundy.
That pic looks closer to what it looks like in person. Before the Hellas and bull bar!!

I frown upon any body lift that is put on just to lift the vehicle... no matter the vehicle. Unless there is a good reason (say making room for a larger engine) then a body lift is just a band aid in my opinion. Especially after seeing so many "homebrew" body lifts made with 1" tubing and longer bolts..

Its ok you asked about body lifts, I'll admit this is my first jeep and I googled body lifts and quickly went DUH is a unibody.
I've got V8 coils and a 3/4 spacer up front and 2 inch spacer in back. 1 inch fender trim and bumper trimmed and I fit 32s with 1 3/4 back space...no rub sits awesome and rides awesome. So 33s I think can be achieved with a bit more lift than me

I know it can be difficult to search for certain things, I've asked questions that have been answered many times. But that one should be pretty simple.
