BRAKES keep bouncing or dragging at low speeds PLEASE HELP!!!

Yes I replaced calipers in an earlier attempt. I just starting to wander if the issue isn't a pressure device. Because anytime I have pulled pads, calipers compressed calipers and bleed the brakes it's seem to work fine temporarly. Strange I know

Default It seem to have worked

It seems to be good as of now 1 week later. I changed pads again(under warranty).I also took a file to my knuckles where the pads had left a groove from hitting. I don't know if the pads got eorn funny from the turned rotors , if they were warped or if the filing did the trick. But I can tell u this .
FROM NoW on I WIll always replace ROTORS when replacing PADS. I will never TURN them again EVER.
