What can I use to bring the Black plastic sides and Bumpers on a ZJ? To make them Black again or Dark Grey again.

When it comes to bumper caps and door moldings on XJ's most guys paint them.
Use the Krylon Fusion. I want to say Satin Black.
SEM paints have recently come to my attention.
They make a Trim Black which I think somebody here on the forum used and really liked.

If you want them to look really cool, take them all off, sand them down, and respray them with truck bedliner. You'll have a rugged textured look. I'm thinking of doing that to my Grand Cherokee WJ's plastic parts.

Instead of doing what I wrote that most guys do to their XJ door molding I had mine Line-X'ed.
Along with my roof skid strips, rear mud flaps, and the factory running boards I put on my XJ.

i know it sounds crazy, but a lot of the guys, back in the day just used a heat gun, or small bottle torch. use a bit of caution, but it brought back the natural black. only lasted a year or two, and they had to do it again. but dang, it worked.
there's also a product called, back to black. some guys like it, some don't.

i personally, just pulled all that stuff off, and installed steel bumpers. lol. anything else, i just painted.
