DCT Report Trouble Codes Question
I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.7L V6 with 90k miles.
I brought my Jeep in for a routine oil change and two days later my Malfunction Indicator Light came on. I brought it back to the shop where I had my oil changed and they checked a few things and replaced my relays, but where unable to fix it.
When I am driving, my AC is cold and my Temperature Gauge is normal. When I am stopped, my air is still blowing but it's warm and my Temperature Gauge increases. I haven't allowed my car to overheat.
I ran a DCT Report and received 3 trouble codes: 0645 (A/C Clutch Relay Circuit), 0480 (Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit) and 0481 (Cooling Fan 2 Control Circuit).
I intend to take it in to a shop on Monday, but was wondering if the combination of those error codes makes the underlying issue more transparent. I was also wondering what are the most likely issues the mechanic will bring up and was hoping for a little insight/advise. Lastly, does anyone know what fixing something like this will cost?
I have a limited understanding of vehicles and as a medical student living solely off of loans, a limited budget as well...
