Default Drive Line Vibration

Im getting a vibration between 3rd and 4th gear around 40mph. I can feel it in my seat and in the floor. Ive replaced rear u-joints and also rebuilt driveshaft and yoke replaced. Also have new M/T tires and wheels. I was told buy a local heavy duty shop which also built my driveshaft that the 231 transfer case had a brass bushing in the output shaft housing and is probably worn out.. Is this possible?

the front end is tight as a lid on pickle jar.. its only on acceleration between 3rd and 4th gear and 35-45mph.. the steering wheel doesnt shake at all just my seat and you can put your hand on the back floor and feel it.

Maybe check the TRE, when they go bad it doesn't matter how tight you wrench them down.

It's possible one of your new tires is out of round or off center. It's rare, but is possible.

If the tailshaft bushing is worn out, you should be able to more the driveshaft slip yoke up and down with hand pressure.
