electrical problem?
Hi all, new to this forum, hope you can help.
I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee. Got in this morning and windows wouldn't work, also notice the heater and the electric mirrors fail to work. A friend had a problem with a similar Jeep and wiring loom failure (I think). I looked in the user manual and for some weird reson can't find which fuse is responsible for these functions. Any ideas? Does it sound like a wirking issue?

Sounds like a blown fuse. Look at the fuse panels. The cover should say which fuse does what, or at least a general list of whats attached to the fuse. If its not on the outside of the cover, it'll be on the inside.

We had the exact same issues with our 2004 grand Cherokee. I traced it to a broken wire in the harness back at the liftgate. I fixed it and repositioned it slightly. It works correctly again.
