Default Engine Flush After Blown Head gasket.

Hello fellas, Newbie here with no prior mechanical experience, I've been learning everything from trial and error and YouTube videos. Well I'm needing some guidance with what steps I should/need to take to properly flush my 04 Grand Cherokee 4.0 after blowing head gasket, And what steps to take after. So I just finished my first oil change was taking a spin to Autozone to dump the used oil and the jeep stalled on me about 7 or 8 blocks into the ride. I cranked but got no start, ended up having to tow, once home I checked a few things out, found a milky oil substance in the valve cover, and in the intake hose. Did some research and got a code The leak is in Cylinder 2, it's been about 2 days since I've last drove after pouring in some Bars Head and block sealer to hopefully seal the leak, but my car idles rough and stalls coming to a stop sign, light etc. I'm pretty much lost on what steps to take to flush the milky oil out of the engine properly and if I should refill the engine and add the Bars leak stopper again to be safe? I have no funds to hire a mechanic, and barely enough to hopefully get what I need to get back on the road. Any and all advise, guidance, etc. is greatly appreciated!
Ps. Sorry if I went about this post the wrong way. Lol.

That is interesting. Do you think the Bars product works well?

I think at minimum, it sounds like it may probably need a head gasket replacement done to it.

Several successive changes of oil

Default Don't start that engine again!

Well, first, what was your reason for changing the head gasket? Are you sure you don't have a cracked head?

If you got coolant in your oil, you should have done an oil and filter change before you started the engine again. If you didn't do that, that coolant is still there, attacking your bearings. Don't drive that thing again before changing the oil and filter, and no, do NOT start the engine to warm it up before you change the oil. Do it cold.

If you still have coolant in your oil after that, you may have a cracked head.

EVen if you don't, you may have already trashed your bearings.

Hi TFNG_Yeez.

It sounds like your Jeep began running poorly and died on you. You had it towed. Afterwards, is when you noticed the milky oil. This has you believe it has a blown head gasket, right?

You decided to try the Bars Head and Block sealer to try and fix it... This product contains a combination of antifreeze-compatible sodium silicate sealing liquid and various gasket-sealing particles that penetrate gaps and cracks and harden to permanently stop leaks. It’s liquid technology for damaged, leaking or blown head gaskets. You put some of the Bars sealer product in your radiator to stop the leaking head gasket, and now you would like to know what to do.. and for how to get all of the bad milky oil/coolant mixture from out the engine?

I think the Bars sealer product is only possibly going to be a useful product for when it is maybe an extremely tiny leak.. If your Jeep is having symptoms of poor running conditions, and you see an obvious milky looking oil/coolant mixture in the engine. This is much more than having a tiny head gasket leak. Most likely 100%, the Bars sealer product will be of very little value, and it will not help.

If you try to run the engine and/or drive it thinking the Bars product is going to be able to seal it back up and be fine.. this will probably result in completely destroying the engine.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you have a major mandatory repair to perform. A blown head gasket will need to be repaired - removed and replaced.
