Yeh 2wd front I dont have enough money to get a real race car so I just worked with front wheel drive they tend to hook better anyway

Well it's worth it not depending on your finances your feelings on your jeep and whether or not you plan to keep it for a long time i think you should get a quote first to see how much it'll cost if you replace that and it's 1.5k it may be worth it because you essentially reset the clock on that and its something that should last a very long time 5-10 years maybe depending on if you take care of it so it all depends on you really if you want a newer vehicle or not if you junk it you're going to lose value on the vehicle based on what it would cost to repair it anyway so either way its lose lose so there's no right answer if you're going to get a used vehicle and not a brand new car theres no way of knowing how the previous owner treated that transmission either so the way i see it if you repair it you'll at least know the condition of that area and can make future repairs to things if and when they arise.

in my junkyard, (and i mean "my" in that i run the joint) 11 XJs, 15 ZJs, but only 1 WJ. whats up with that?

anyway it needs a new trans and a new transfer case its going to run 1400 hes doing the TC for parts cost so thats pretty nice. Hopefully it wont fail again in the next 100k. He said that someone was in and out of the trans case a lot since the bolts werent rusted and they were new i told him Ive never been in it and bought it three years ago from the stealer ship. Since I bought it with a bent rear axle that they had to replace Im guessing the PO did some off roading messed it up and traded it in fast.
