Flagship one Pcm question
2003 grand cherokee limited 4.0
when I bought this jeep 3 years ago the pcm was bad so I bought another one from flagship one. The cooling fan wasn't working at the time and I had it wired to where it would come on and off with the jeep running. I finally decided to fix that issue but now the fan still will not come on when it reaches temperature. Now I'm having an issue with the abs and brake light ( showing 5 codes but one is a under voltage) (replaced alternator 2 months ago)
question is will resetting the pcm clear the refurbished pcm from flagship one or will it stay programed to my jeep?
resetting method where I take the battery cables off and touch them together 30 seconds and so on

You won't unflash the programming on the PCM, the only thing that gets cleared by doing the battery terminal thing is the "adaptive learning" part of the PCM.
