Front wiper issues
2004 WJ, wipers do not make a full stroke when turned on. This happens whether you turn it to any intermittent rate or full on rate. I have to turn the **** on and off repeatedly to get a sweep to complete and eventually park. Is there a module that controls the wiper motion that may be dying or is there something else I should look into?
