Next is spark. Is it present? Is there power to the injectors? It may be security related or try swapping the ASD relay with a headlamp relay. I'm assuming it's electrical because it was running fine before shutdown.
Welcome to CF. We'll help all we can, however this is an opinion forum. Not all responses may be factual or correct. I'm 68 years young and have been working on my own cars since I was 16. However, my Jeep experience is only about 5 years. One thing. When you find out your problem, please post it. It may help others.

They make an LED test light that plugs in and flashes every time that injector is energized. It's very quick and I don't know if a meter will register quick enough. You may catch it with a test light.
I just checked my repair manual. You should have battery voltage with the key on. The PCM controls the grounding of the injector for fuel control. If you have a stethoscope or a piece of hose, you can hear the injector clicking as the engine is cranked. I doubt the PCM went bad, check the fuses. You might want to swap the ASD relay with a headlamp relay to see if that's the cause. The ASD relay is the Auto Shut-Down relay found in the master fuse/relay box under the hood.
