Unhappy Fuel Pump Problem/ PCM ??

Here goes.. I don't know enough to determine what the problem would be but I think I have nailed it down to two different options, but first let me give you the back story.

Week or so ago, I changed my differential fluid but removing the cover and cleaning it out, replacing cover and filling the oil back up. I let the Red RTV set over the next day. (Cold Weather) I tried to start the 1997 ZJ the next day and ran into some problems, like it wouldnt start at all.
I first checked with starting fluid and it starts and will run but no fuel.
I checked the fuel rail for pressure and got nothing coming out of the release valve. I figured that the fuel pump must have went out. I replaced it with of course an O'Rielly's special which I figured would work for now. I emptyed that tank to about 1/4 tank from the looks of it. I placed the new one in. Now, the wires to the fuel pump were cut from the previous owner so I also hardwired this new fuel pump in. I kept all the wires the same from the old pump to the new pump making sure of a good connection. I lifted the tank enough to attach the fuel line back up and the breathing tube to test the function. I turned the key to listen for the hum noise and heard nothing. Turned it off and back to crank the key and nothing. ZJ just kept cranking and cranking.
Next, I checked the relay for "ASD" and for "Fuel Pump" I switched them from other relays that match that I could use. Later on, I went to a junk yard and got 4 relays with matching numbers and tried those. Still nothing from the fuel pump.
I also looked at maybe the factory alarm system. I used both keys and checked all doors. I also dissconnected the battery, held the cables together and put them back on, which I'm told trips the alarm and I heard nothing.
I checked all fuses that I could and all of them were in working order.

I have determined that it could be the PCM or the Crank Sensor, but from what I know the engine would not run on starting fluid if it was a Crank Sensor. Help me out please!!
