Garmin Nav & Importing FlexFuel Stations Info to POI
I found a site that allows you to save Excel files that contain FlexFuel/E85 stations (by state) and it has a program for importing these files into the POI (Points of Interest) of a Garmin Nav unit. But this was obviously designed for a portable Garmin unit that you can connect to your computer. So here's my question... is there a way to import these files into the Garmin Nav unit installed in the Grand Cherokee? As I am typing this, I'm wondering if you could connect a laptop computer to accomplish this? If you have a solution, please advise!
As a side note, I realize that E85 fuel produces about 25% less MPG than regular gas so at this point it is still more cost effective to use regular gas until the price of E85 drops considerably.
