My wife went through the side of a block building yesterday. She had 3 passengers in the car and they all confirmed the story. She pulled up to the parking spot stop block and she had her foot on the brake. She went to put the car in park and the rpms shot up with her foot on the brake. She and her passenger looked down and her foot was clearly on the brake. The car lurched forward and rammed the building and came to a stop. The rpms were still high and my wife tried to shut the car off 3 times and it stayed on. They all got out of the car and my daughter reached back in and hit the start/stop button twice and the car shut down. She also noticed the screen was blue. I see this is an issue on a 2014 but seems Jeep isn't stepping up. Any advice on how to proceed and has any other people have this issue?
