Hard start then dies

Model: Grand Cherokee
Engine: 5.2L V8
Well, changed the starter and it started fine the first time. Then the second time it wanted to die, it didn't though. Gave it some gas and it was fine.

Old fart with a wrench
From what I've read on this website, it seems to me with idle and stalling problems, the IAC should be the FIRST thing replaced. JMHO however.
