Thanks Man!
I'm going to give this stuff a try once I get home from Work. Had to leave the Jeep at home today as the idler pulley started smoking for some weird reason. But that's another thread.

I unbolted the dampner, pushed it in and it stayed in. Is it suppose to extract Like a shock? Or is it suppose to stay in that position? Oh and it wasn't very difficult to push in (or pull out for that matter).

You can check the control arms by getting a pry bar or something that you have lying aroung that will fit in between the control arm and the mounting bracket, just stick that in there and pry on it and if it moves around a lot then that would be a good sign that your problem.
Should they have a little play in it?

Sounds like you dampner shock is good if it is pretty difficult to push in and out(no its not going to act like a normal shock and move on it's own) make sure that the mounting points on the axel and the track bar are good shouldnt be any play in those areas when the shock/dampner is bolted up, If those areas look good then I would def. say that its your control arms. I am not sure how hard it is to replace just the bushings, it would probably be easier replace the control arms.

Ok, I lifted the jeep and rocked the front wheels back and forth, and go a lil knock sound. This is coming from both sides. Not a major knocking just a little. Does this mean my ball joints are bad and could this cause the vibration? I also noticed the Sway Bar Link bushings are worn and peeling apart. Can they cause the vibration?

If your ball joints are bad replace those because that will make it shake or make the shake worse, it may not be the source of the shake but will make it more noticable. If the sway bar was bolted up tightly then that wont be the problem even if the bushings are cracked up.

Yeah I understand that... I hope that I have been able to help a little. It is hard to say exactly what is causing it without being there in person.

Well I do have 255/55/R18 tires on the Jeep. Had them from the time I got the jeep. Smooth riding. Replaced them about 2 years ago, still smooth riding. Up until just about March this year, I noticed the vibration and it has been getting worse and worse. Now it's very annoying and noticeable. I thought about changing the tires (as it was the only thing left), but I'd had to spend $700 on a new set of tires and it doesn't fix the problem. Wish I know someone with a good set of wheels I can just put on to test
