Default help me diagnose my vibration

ok so i have had this vibration issue on my 94 GC for a bit. It seems as if there is a constant vibration all the time. I brought it to a shop and they looked it over and found nothing. The one thing they mentioned was that the exhaust hanger was a little bent and hitting the side of the transmission so they bent it back. That eliminated the rattle noise. However, the vibration is still there. They said all the mounts look great, the transmission is perfect, engine runs smooth but they couldn't determine the vibration. Could it be a bad harmonic balancer? I'm stumped. someone please help.

Lifted?
Tire Size?
Balanced?
Missing weights?
Pinion angles checked?
Driveshaft and front U-joint condition?

I'll expand on the vibration. It happens when the Jeep is idleing in park or any other gear. U joints were checked out fine. This is a non-movement vibration meaning the Jeep doesn't have to be moving in motion.

Take a look at the cooling fan and see if any of the blades are chipped or broken.

the fan looks great. it's metal and i see no problems or chips with the fan or shroud. keep the ideas coming. this issue is annoying.

ok so i took another look at it today. The motor mounts don't have excessive play and when I rev the engine it doesn't jump around. however, i haven't had anyone get in the vehicle, put it in gear with brake on and rev to check that way. anyways, i feel a vibration from the engine. could this mean it may in fact be the harmonic balancer? the engine doesn't miss or anything.

Been (am) there. I can feel it through the gas pedal, a low vibration. Feel it in the steering wheel at idle too. Figured it was in the drivetrain. Tried:
  1. 4 new tires
  2. new rear pinion gears
  3. new transfer case
  4. tuneup
IT IS STILL THERE JUST AS BEFORE - and Dealer says, "...it's normal" ... "...seen worse". !!!

An engine will "move" a little when it's running.

when i looked at my motor mounts i didn't see any damage. the rubber may have looked a little deteriorated but thats it. when i put the jeep in reverse it more noticeable. probably because that's the lowest gear.
